Terms of Service (detailed)

Effective date: April 8, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WeedHopLA (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service
WeedHopLA provides a directory and discovery platform that may include business listings, maps, search tools, links to third-party websites, and related content. WeedHopLA does not manufacture, sell, or deliver cannabis products and is not a party to transactions between you and any third-party vendor.

2) Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you will use the Service only where permitted by law. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3) Accounts & communications
If you create an account or submit information through forms, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

4) Listings, verification, and accuracy
Listing content may be provided by businesses, users, or third parties. While we may review, verify, or label certain information, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Inventory, pricing, promotions, and delivery estimates are controlled by vendors and may change without notice.

5) Third-party services and links
The Service may link to third-party sites (including vendor ordering pages). Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party, and are governed by their terms and policies. WeedHopLA is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

6) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with security or performance; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale without permission; (e) upload malware; (f) use the Service for unlawful activity; or (g) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

7) Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by WeedHopLA or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

8) User content
If you submit content (such as feedback or reports), you grant WeedHopLA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

9) Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” WeedHopLA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeedHopLA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeedHopLA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

WeedHopLA is a directory and discovery platform. Vendors are responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance.

13) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the Effective date or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
